Food Delivery E-Technology refers to procedures, preparations, tools, and systems, including
vectors, that are used to deliver a licensed agent or product into, inside, or into human cells located
outside of the body. In simple words, delivering ready-to-eat meals via a digital platform, such as a
web portal or a mobile app, is a common business model used for E-technology for food delivery.
Companies like Zomato, Swiggy, and Domino's are among the top leading online food delivery
services in India. Online ordering system revenue, which was estimated to be worth USD 78,608.1M
in 2021, is predicted to increase by 9.3% annually to reach USD 96,864M by the year 2024. These
numbers of online orders demonstrate the active participation of the young people who are working
and heavily reliant on these restaurant apps to fuel their stomachs through brain food. This is
undoubtedly a blessing for the modern generation, who believe in doing what they are good at and
in experimenting to create and invent something new each day.
With the use of innovative technology, courier businesses may also deliver timely information to the
client regarding the progress of the order, increasing visibility for the consumer. Finally, logistics and
delivery organization’s employ location-based systems to track and manage people in various
locations. Aside from that, it aids in cost optimization, since digitalization of delivery services has
improved both pricing and service quality. Customers may quickly identify and book a courier service
since contemporary technology has made the procedure much simpler. Technology platforms enable
businesses to handle deliveries in-house in a clear and appealing manner without investing a lot of
money or hiring a lot of people. Optimized delivery routes save money and time because they
reduce fuel expenditures, lowering the cost of delivery for both the client and the enterprise. Using
technology such as blockchain can help companies prevent fraud, remove errors, safeguard data,
increase productivity, and reduce shipping costs. Furthermore, in order to detect infringers, several
courier businesses are utilizing AI-driven systems that use picture scanning. The consumer needs just
take a picture of the merchandise using the app given by the courier service or send the image to the
designated email address in order for this to operate. Within a few minutes, the business would
certify the product's legitimacy. Real-time interactive solutions have shown this technology to be
effective. on the other hand, the app's appetizing food graphics and a little but prominent cashback
offer banner really draw our attention. We neglect the fact that, even with cashback, the cost of
blindly purchasing food online is larger than the cost of the food we could make utilizing the supplies
