To go to IMG Screen, put T-Code SPRO in SAP Easy Access Menu
Expand Enterprise Structure
Expand Definition
Expand Financial Accounting
Click Define Company
Click New Entries
Fill the details as shown and click save button
Enter
Open Copy, Delete check company code
Open Copy, delete, check company code
Click Copy Org.Object
Put 0001 in From Company code and new company code in To Company Code
Click Yes
Click Yes
Click No
Click Yes
Input INR
Enter
Keep on entering
Click Yes
Click Yes
Enter 0001 and new Code again
Company code copied
Double click on Edit Company Code
Click on Position and enter the new Company code
Select the Company code
Double click or choose on the Company code
Edit the details as shown and save
Open Controlling Section
Open maintain Controlling Area
Double click Maintain Controlling Area
Enter
Click new Entries
Enter the new Company code created in the earlier steps in the Controlling Area Code
Enter 10 in the Currency type field and press Enter
Save

Click Yes
Open Logistics General Section and click Copy, delete and check plant
Open Define Plant
Click New Entries
Enter new Plant code and Factory Calender
Press save
Address details window will open

Define, delete, check plant
Copy, delete, check plant

Continue Entering
Open Define Location from menu
Click New Entries
Enter details
Fill the address details

Open Material Management section and Maintain Storage Location
Input Plant and enter

Enter Storage Location code and description and enter
Select the SLoc button and double click on Addresses of storage locations

Put No. and enter
Address window will open

Select Maintain purchasing organization
Click new Entries
Enter the details and save
Open Assignment folder
Open Financial Accounting
Open Assign company code to company
Click position and enter the new company code created in the earlier steps
Assign the Company that was created in the first step during Definition
Save
Assign Company code to Controlling Area
Enter
Click on Position and put the new Controlling area
Select the button and double click on the Assignment of Company codes
Click New Entries
Assign the company code
Save
Open Logistics General and open Assign Plant to Company code
Click New Entries
Assign the CoCd and Plant and Save
Click Assign purchasing organization to company code
Click position and put the purchase organization code
Click New Entries and assign
Save
To view the Structure made, use T-Code EC01 in SAP Easy Access Menu
Click on Structure
Click on Navigation
Enter
Click Find and input the Company Code
Select the company code
Click on Details
Activation of Material Ledger
In the IMG Main Page, open Controlling Module
Open Controlling-General Controlling-Maintain Controlling Area
Maintain Controlling Area
Enter
Click position and input the CoArea
Select the Controlling Area button and double click on Acitvate components/Control Indicators
Click New Entries
Input year as 2021 and activate the components as shown
Save
Enter
Controlling- Product Cost Controlling
Actual Costing/Material Ledger
Assign material ledger types to Valuation Areas
New Entries
For Valuation Area ( Plant) , assign ML Type as 9000 and save
Activate material Ledger for Valuation Area
Activate Material Ledger
Click Position and select Plant (Valuation Area)
Input ML Act (Tick) and Price Deter. As 2
Save
Enter
For making Valuation Area as Productive, go to Sap Easy Access Menu
Open Accounting Menu
Controlling-Product Cost Controlling
Actual Costing/Material Ledger
Environment - Production Start up
Set Valuation area as productive
Input Plant
Remove tick in Background Processing and test and click execute
Valuation Grouping Code
Enter T-Code OMWD and Enter
Input the Plant
Enter val.grp.cod as 0001 for the plant
