RESOLUTION NO. 002

“A RESOLUTION REQUIRING ALL SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN CHAIRPERSONS OF
DAVAO OCCIDENTAL TO PAY THE REQUIRED CONTRIBUTION OF PHP 350.00 FOR
THE “MAGPASIKAT KA!”, AN EVENT FOR THE 9TH DAVAO OCCIDENTAL.”
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Davao Occidental is committed to promote the
welfare of the youth and to contribute to the development of the province;
WHEREAS, the “Magpasikat Ka!”, musical event is one of the highlighted activities for the
9th Araw ng Davao Occidental to showcase the skills and talents of the employees of the
province;
WHEREAS, the successful presentation of the assigned Disney Show for the Sangguniang
Kabataan Officials for the “Magpasikat Ka!” event requires financial resources to cover
the necessary expenses for this musical play;
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to require all Sangguniang Kabataan Chairpersons of
Davao Occidental to pay the mandatory contribution of Php 350.00 to support the
participants in this said event;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE OFFICE OF
THE PROVINCIAL SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF DAVAO OCCIDENTAL, that all
Sangguniang Kabataan Chairpersons of Davao Occidental are hereby required to pay a
mandatory contribution of Php 350.00 for the “Magpasikat Ka!”, an event for the 9th Araw
ng Davao Occidental.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Sangguniang Kabataan Municipal Federation Presidents,
shall be responsible for collecting the contributions from their respective Sangguniang
Kabataan Chairpersons.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Sangguniang Kabataan Provincial Federation Treasurer,
Hon. Eleonor Tablingon, shall be responsible for collecting the contributions from the
Sangguniang Kabataan Municipal Federation Presidents.
RESOLVED FUTHER, that the collected contributions from the Sangguniang Kabataan
Chairpersons shall be used exclusively for the “Magpasikat Ka!” expenses.
RESOLVED FINALLY, that this resolution shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
