TOPC 1:FIRE FIGHTING ROBOT
ABSTRACT
The obstacle avoidance car using Arduino is an autonomous robotic vehicle designed to navigate
environments independently by detecting and avoiding obstacles in its path. The system
integrates ultrasonic sensors, which continuously measure the distance between the vehicle and
nearby objects. This distance data is fed into an Arduino microcontroller, which processes the
information in real-time and adjusts the car's movement accordingly to prevent collisions. The
motor driver module, controlled by the Arduino, manages the car's speed and direction, ensuring
smooth navigation around obstacles. The design focuses on creating a simple, efficient, and cost-
effective solution using readily available components. This project is ideal for applications in
robotics education, automated delivery systems, and smart transportation solutions, showcasing
how microcontroller technology can be used to develop intelligent, self-navigating vehicles
TOPIC 2:DEVELOPMENT OF AN AUTONOMOUS ROBOTIC
COOLANTSPRINKLER WITH OBSTACLE DETECTION FOR
INDUSTRIAL SAFETY APPLICATIONS
ABSTRACT
In today's industries, robots have become integral due to their exceptional performance,
reliability, and ability to perform tasks that are challenging or hazardous for humans. Extreme
conditions such as high temperatures and confined spaces present significant challenges where
human intervention may not be feasible. Ensuring safety in such environments is a critical
concern, especially in industries where high temperatures can lead to catastrophic outcomes,
including equipment damage, disruptions in operations, and environmental hazards. To address
this, the proposed solution is a robotic coolant sprinkler equipped with obstacle detection
capabilities. This robot is designed to autonomously detect high-temperature zones and apply
coolant to prevent overheating or fire risks. The system is powered by an Arduino
microcontroller, with obstacle detection facilitated by ultrasonic sensors and controlled via a
Bluetooth module. The robot can be gesture-controlled or operated using a switch, enhancing its
usability in complex environments. This versatile device is ideal for industrial safety applications,
military operations, and scenarios where human intervention is limited due to safety concerns.
