We write to invite you for discussion following the receipts of complaints from your neighbors that noise
from your stereo being too loud and all-night parties most times is causing them problems so much so that
they cannot sleep at nights and enjoy being at home anymore.
We as CDA Caretaker/Transition Committee feel it is expedient to convey a meeting to meet with you so
that hopefully we can resolve this matter before it degenerates into crisis and does not have to go any
further.
