2. Synopsis : This course is designed to expose to the functions and importance of communication in business. Focus is given towards relationship between human, together with communication
techniques in order to achieve organizational goals. Communication strategy is also emphasized to provide students with sufficient knowledge relating oral and written communication, and
practical skill, and prepare students to handle situations in organizations especially when dealing with issues in communication. The contents of the course are delivered through lectures,
tutorials and class discussions throughout the semester. At the end of this course, students will be able to make informed decisions and implement effective communication strategies within
organizations.
