Other qualitative information
The Bank reserves the right to engage one or more third party collections agencies and/or recovery agents to collect any outstanding dues owed by the
Borrower to the Bank under the facility. The Borrower hereby agrees that in the event of default in repayment of the whole or part of the loan, the
Bank has the right to recover either through its own channels or through one or more third party collection agencies or/ and recovery agents. The
Borrower acknowledges, consents, recognizes to such engagement and appointment of collection agencies or/and the recovery agents who will act on
behalf of the Bank in event of Borrower’s inability to pay the sums owned to the Bank’s facility which may include but not limited to, calls for recovery for
1 Clause of Loan agreement relating to engagement of recovery agents outstanding dues and/or visiting the Borrower’s residence and/or place of business. The Borrower further agrees to cooperate with the recovery agents
and provide all necessary assistance and information to ease the recovery process. The Borrower consents and agrees that the Bank is authorized to
disclose the Borrower's personal information to Recovery Agents solely for collecting the outstanding debt. The Bank shall ensure that all actions taken by
the recovery agents as per applicable laws and regulations. The Borrower accepts and knows that failure to cooperate with the recovery agents may
result in legal recourse by the Bank, which may civil and/or criminal in nature.
In the event, the Borrower wishes to raise any grievances and/or raise any concerns regarding the recovery process initiated by the Bank either through
its employees and/or any appointed third party collections agents and/or recovery agents for the recoveries of the default in repayment of facilities by
the Borrower, the Borrower may notify the Bank in writing and/or via a telephonic call to the communication details as mentioned in escalation levels as
detailed in the Bank’s website i.e. https://www.kotak.com/en/customer-service/grievance-redressal/commercial-banking.html (“Grievance link”). Note,
the Borrower should detail out the nature of the grievance and any desired resolution if provided in writing and should do the same over the call to avoid
any unwarranted miscommunication. Thereafter, the Bank shall carry out necessary investigation and take appropriate actions/ steps (if any) towards the

the Grievance link), then the customer may escalate the matter to Nodal Officer. If any complaint lodged by the Borrower still stands not resolved to the
satisfactory requirement to the Borrower by the Nodal Officer, then the customer within 10 days the Borrower may escalate the matter to Principal Nodal
Officer as mentioned in Grievance Link. The Borrower can also lodge a complaint over the Complaint Management System (CMS) portal under the
Reserve Bank-Integrated Ombudsman Scheme (RB-IOS). The Grievance link contains the levels of escalations that the borrower may avail which are in line
with the above-mentioned clause.
