Anna: Good morning ma’am Nea.

My mom might call you today for some concern

Nea: Good morning Anna. May I know what it is all about?

Anna: It’s about my grades ma’am

Nea: Okay I will wait for your mom’s call.

Nea (Teacher):Hello, this is Nea speaking. How can I assist you today?

Emma Jane (Angry Parent): Is this Teacher Nea from dewford school? , this is Emma Jane, the mother of
Anna in your class. I'm calling because I'm extremely upset about Anna's recent grade on her science
test. She studied so hard for it, and she got a grade that doesn't reflect her efforts at all!

Nea (Teacher): I understand your concern, Ms. Emma. Let me just get Anna's test scores right now... Yes,
I see here that she did put in a lot of effort, but unfortunately, her understanding of the test question
seems to be inadequate.

Emma Jane (Angry Parent): inadequate? She told me she felt confident in answering the test. She told
me that the test is easy. I can't believe she received such a low grade. This is unacceptable!

Mariane (Teacher2): Ma’am Nea, I'm here with you. Is there anything I can do to help?

Nea (Teacher): Thank you, Ma’am Mariane, we want the best for Anna, and I know she really study fore
the test and we're here to support her in any way we can. Can I suggest Ms. Emma to have a meeting
here in school?

Emma Jane (Angry Parent):A meeting? That's not good enough! I demand to know why Anna's grade
doesn't reflect her effort! This is outrageous!

Jasmine (School Counselor): Hello, Ms. Emma. This is Jasmine, the school counselor. I understand you're
upset, but let's work together to make all things clear. Would you like to schedule a meeting with me,
Nea, and Mariane to discuss Ana's academic performance in more detail?
Rose (School Principal): This is Keith, the school principal. I've heard on the situation. Ms. Emma, we
take all concerns seriously, and we want to ensure Anna receives the support she needs to succeed.
Let's schedule a meeting as soon as possible to address this issue comprehensively.

Emma Jane (Angry Parent): Fine, but I expect a just and fair explanation. Anna deserves better than this.

Nea (Teacher): Absolutely, Ms. Emma. We'll work together to find the best path forward for Anna's
academic success. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.

Mariane (Teacher 2): Thank you, Ms. Emma. We'll do everything we can to support Anna's progress.

Jasmine (School Counselor): Let's focus on finding solutions together, Ms. Emma. We're all here for
Anna's benefit.

Rose (School Principal): We'll ensure this matter is addressed promptly and effectively, Ms Emma. Thank
you for your cooperation.

Emma Jane (Angry Parent): Alright. I'll hold you to that. Goodbye.

Nea(Teacher): Goodbye, Ms. Emma Jane. We'll be in touch soon.

Mariane (Teacher2): Take care, Ms. Emma.

Jasmine (School Counselor): We'll work this out together, Ms. Emma. Goodbye for now.

Rose (School Principal): We're committed to resolving this, Ms. Emma. Goodbye.
