Pipe Milling Machines Department
• As a maintenance and production engineer, my responsibilities included ensuring the pipe milling
Machine lines were operating at high longitudinal welding quality and efficiency in compliance
with international standards such as EN10255 and ASTM A53.
• This involved using various grades of steel materials and conducting chemical tests on supplied
steel coils.
• Supervision of the daily operation of the machines, implemented preventive maintenance
measures, and improved mechanical parts to enhance production quality and sustainability.
• Additionally, handling purchase orders for new equipment installation, focusing on efficiency and
durability by coordinating operations with financial support, also vendor and suppliers
relationships.
• Collaboration with technicians and workers to monitor the machine's technical conditions, adjust
mechanical parts, and conduct necessary tests and inspections to meet quality control
standards.
• Regularly submitting technical reports to the MFG and coordinating with the quality control
department were also part of my duties.

Technical Office and Manufacturing Workshop Specialist Engineer
• Responsibility to create technical drawings on paper boards for the factory's mechanical parts,
particularly in the pipe milling machines department.
• Designs are made using SolidWorks 3D modeling and AutoCAD 2D programs, considering
different operating conditions and materials.
• Designs are then implemented and tested under mechanical loads for technical validation.
• Handling purchase orders for new equipment and spare parts installation focusing on efficiency
and durability by coordinating operations with procurement and financial support.
• Assessing Mechanical equipments and overseeing spare parts warehouses, also enhancing

• The project discusses the process of redesigning and upgrading pipe milling machine parts
using reverse engineering techniques, It also discusses the installation of new equipments to
improve production levels, such as Quick Change systems, Online Accumulator and Cold Cut
saw Machines.
