On 29 July 2024, From number of topics we decided to finalize our topic name that is
“Bird species detection”.

As we decided our topic as Bird Species Detection we collected some information
about this topic and informed it to our project guide.

We received confirmation for our project topic last week from our project guide. We
immediately started collecting data and working on our project.

Activity Planned:
On 12 Aguste 2024 We assigned specific tasks to each team member, such as drawing Data
Flow Diagrams (DFDs) in different levels and creating a use case diagram. We spent the
entire week working on these tasks.

We created DFD (DATA flow diagram) in different levels and also create use case diagram.
