Customer Success Intern

Eligibility: Open for all


Type: Work from office
Location: Mumbai – Goregaon
Stipend:
• INR 10,000/- monthly (Pursuing Post Graduation)
• INR 8,000/- monthly (Pursuing Graduation)

Duration: 2 Months

Roles and Responsibilities:


• Assist in managing student inquiries through email and phone
• Help create and manage content for customer success initiatives such as
newsletters,
• webinars, and workshops
• Collaborate with other departments to customer student engagement and retention
efforts
• Identify and collect success stories from customers, including video and written
testimonials
• Work with Marketing team to promote success stories through various channels,
including
• social media, email marketing, and website
• Assist with other projects as assigned by the customer success team and marketing
team.
