Micro-fractures method
how to start the method:
1. suitable space: find a stable, safe area where you
cam effectively perform the exercises to generate
microfractures
2. ankle weight: use a pair of ankle weights between
5-10 kgs to apply the appropriate pressure needed to
add the bending effect of the tibia.
3. comfortable sitting: choose a comfortable spot
where you can sit with the ankle weights on, allowing
you to add the bending effect of the tibia and
gradually lengthen the tibia
4. timing and recovery: this method should be done
before bedtime, as standing afterwards will negate
the effects. The microfractures needs to recover in a
stretched position also what I call the bending tibia
position, allowing gradual add centimeters as they
heal overnight.
5. bone and cartilage supplement: consider a bone
and cartilage regenerative supplement, such as a
cartilage booster, to aid in recover. If you already take
one, no additional supplements are necessary, this
type of supplement is only for post pubert individuals
or in other words individuals whose growth plates are
closed
In how much time will is see results?
If you follow these 5 steps properly, you can expect to
see around 0.66 to 1 cm of growth every in 4 weeks.
The exact amount may vary depending on how
quickly your bones and cartilage heal.
How many centimeters can the microfracture
method increase the shinbone?
With the microfracture method, you can potentially
increase your shinbone by about 3 to 7 cm. Keep in
mind that this is just an estimate, and your actual
growth will depend on how well you implement the
method and the time you invest in it. Staying
consistent is essential for 2 achieving the best

Immediately after the jumps, sit with 5-7 kg ankle weights
secured to your legs. Maintain this position for 60 minutes.
This enhances bone stimulation by applying continuous
pressure to the shinbone, encouraging bone growth.
3. Cartilage Booster Supplement:
After the weighted sitting phase, take a cartilage-booster
supplement (such as glucosamine, chondroitin,
+absorption++) to aid in faster bone and joint healing. This
step helps support the repair process and improves overall
recovery.
4. Post-Sitting Guidelines:
Avoid touching your legs to the floor, as this may compress
and disrupt the healing of the microfractures. It's
recommended to rest or sleep immediately after the session to
allow the microfractures to stretch and heal effectively,
promoting gradual shinbone growth.
Make sure to not take glucosamine if your still in Puberty
Day 6-30:
