stalled in turn) CLARK COMMAND ONLY
Selecting One Of The Four Performance Levels - Clark Command Only
-30 Master control doesn’t receive enable signal from slave
control before SRO is satisfied With the Key Sw On , P.B. Released & in Neutral depress both the Green & White
Buttons & hold until the Wrench Symbol begins flashing. Scroll through the four (4)
-41 Open thermal protector or control(s) over Temperature performance selections by pressing the White button and choose the level of
-42 Motor armature offset voltage is too high performance from soft (turtle) to aggressive (rabbit). To store the desired selection
press the Green Button until the Wrench Symbol goes out.
-43 Motor armature offset voltage is too low
Accessing The Stored Status Codes W/O Using The Handset
-44 Armature transistor did not turn off properly
With the Key Sw. ON, P.B. Released & in Neutral depress the Green & White
-45 Armature transistor did not turn on properly Buttons & turn the Key Switch OFF simultaneously. The Wrench symbol will flash
-46 Look head test for A2 volts less than 21% battery volts Approximately 10 times then remain ON. Press the Green Button, the dash display
will then display the first set of codes in order (Status, BDI, HM) then remain on the
-49 Motor field current is too low during the run mode HM. Record these codes. After recording all *32 sets of codes ( 16 for Master & 16
-51 Capacitor volts are low before line contactor closes for Slave) the display will go Blank. Refer to the recorded hour meter readings
-52 Line contactor driver shorted on start up to arrange the codes in order of occurrence. You may escape from the recording
procedure anytime by pressing & holding the White Button for 3 to 4 seconds.
-57 Control motor sensor input too low during running *NOTE: Each truck is equipped with two control boxes with 16 sets of codes each,
-66 Motor field overcurrent, open fuse or slow line contactor the addition of a pump control will add 16 more codes, 48 total, & will be displayed
-67 Motor armature overcurrent as follows Master 2 digits (- 00), Slave 2digits (A 00), Pump 3 digits (-000)

-68 Master control loses enable signal from slave while running ALL TMG12/25 TRUCKS
