SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

The proponents in this study will show how the behavior and attitudes of the nursing staff if Mary Chiles General Hospital and its implication on the clinical performance of the nursing students. Basically this study research will become an opportunity for the proponents to conclude how the behavior and attitudes of the nursing staff of Mary Chiles General Hospital affects the clinical performance of the nursing students.

Researcher: The researchers will be able to find out and evaluate those different behavior and attitudes of the nursing staff of Mary Chiles General Hospital that affect the clinical performance in order to know if this behavior and attitudes really affects the performance on the clinical area.

Respondents: The study will give them an impressions on how will they cope with behavior and attitudes of the nursing staff of Mary Chiles General Hospital. Because of this study we can modify their understanding on the behavior will develop favorable for the unfavorable one.
