INTRO

Welcome to my top 5 ways to


improve fertility!

I am so happy to have you


here! I’m Gabriella, your
dedicated 32 year old
infertility warrior. My
husband and I have beaten
infertility three times and are
now beginning our fourth
journey to baby. We have
battled through diagnoses of
unexplained infertility, low
sperm motility, low sperm
morphology, and PCOS, and
we were able to beat the odds
and conceive naturally all
three times.

I am a proud mom of a 5-year-old daughter, a 3-year-old daughter, and


a 1-year-old son. Six years ago, I questioned if I would ever become a
mom. Today, I'm here to share the knowledge and strategies that
helped us succeed despite being told fertility treatments were likely our
only option.

It is my hope and prayer that these tips will lead you to baby. I am so
honored and excited to be part of your big journey to the most special
blessing.

NUMBER ONE:

First and foremost, the first thing I would do is


focus on water intake. You’re probably
wondering... okay, this is pretty straightforward,
but honestly how much are you drinking? Throw
away the “8 cups a day” mindet and instead
calculate half of your body weight in ounces.
This is your goal, which means this needs to be
your minimum in your mind.

Okay, but why is this so Important? Your


cervical mucus is made from (drumroll
please).... water. In order for your cervical
mucus to be fertile and allow sperm to swim
through your reproductive system to get to the
egg to fertilize it, you need to have enough
water intake. Therefore adequate water intake
= fertile cervical mucus potential once your
hormones lead to watery/slippery and egg
white consistencies for sperm to travel and
survive.
NUMBER TWO:

Get yourself and your man on supplements that


help build up your fertile health. I see way too
many conversations I have in my DMs that say
none of them are on supplements, but are
considering starting a prenatal.

No, no, no - If you are actually planning on trying


for a baby, you should be on a prenatal that has
folate in it as a minimum. For optimal fertile
health, you’ll want to be taking a prenatal for 3
months prior to TTC - 6 months is even better.

NUMBER THREE:

Eat for your fertility - this means do your


research on cycle syncing to make sure you are
incorporating foods that aren’t just “healthy”, but
are actually fueling your hormones for where
you are at in your cycle.

In addition, please make sure you are eating to


support your thyroid. Your thyroid health is
actually imperative to so many of your body’s
functions and that includes your fertile health.
Thyroid hormones being less than optimal can
actually lead to infertility and miscarriage.

understand not only which foods to eat for which
phase of your cycle you are in, I also teach you
about types of exercises you shoud do to support
those hormones as well.

NUMBER FOUR:

This may also seem pretty straight-forward, but make


sure you have a healthy sex life.

Especially if you have already committed a good


amount of time in trying to conceive, a regular sex life
can make ovulation time less “daunting” to your
significant other.

If we are lucky, we have about a 4-5 day window for


pregnancy potential each month. Ovulation is only a 24
window, BUT regular sex with optimal fertile health
parameters could lead to sperm waiting for the egg to be
released from intercourse that was had prior to your
ovulation window.

My absolute favorite conception method that promotes


a healthy sex life is called the sperm-meets-egg-plan. In
this plan, there are specific days you have intercourse
that help you understand how to “cover all of your
bases” to maximize conception potential.

I have pretty much perfected this plan and love having


the option for my fellow ttc besties to help you map. your
cycles for 3 full cycles to optimize your timing.

NUMBER FIVE:
Boost your fertility by learning how to track your
ovulation. I was actually shocked finding out that the
bulk of women who come across my content are not
tracking their ovulation. If they are, they are using an
app that has an algorithm for a textbook perfect cycle
which means it is likely completely inaccurate for
predicting your ovulation.

Do yourself the biggest favor and learn how to track


your cycles. For my girlies who don’t want the
pressure yet of using ovulation tests or temping, our
bodies give us natural indicators such as cervical
position and cervical mucus to help queue us in to
where we are at in our cycles.

For those of my girlies who are wanting to dive all in,


invest in some cheap ovulation tests and a basal body
thermometer to help piece together the picture of your
cycle.

This journey can be so complex, which is why I have


filled these guides with information to empower you
and build your confidence by walking you through
exactly how to track your cycle using these types of
methods. You will come out of reading these guides
knowing that by taking these steps, you have your
fertility back in your own hands!

at your best friend’s wedding, and always say yes to
