APPLICATION SUBMISSION GUIDELINES


 Complete the form – handover important ongoing tasks to suggested replacement and get their signature.
 Get it approved by HR and then present it to the top manager / director.
 Not more than two short leaves are allowed in a month. Management reserves the right to approve/disapprove short
leaves.
 Annual, Marriage, Maternity, Hajj and Umrah leave applications shall not be entertained if applied less than 1 month
prior to the leave start date.
 Marriage, Hajj and Umrah leaves are allowed only once in a life time.
 Casual leave applications shall not be entertained if applied less than 3 days prior to the leave start date.
 Medical leaves have to be supported by medical certificates.

Note to HR/Admin: After the final approval/rejection, file the original document and give a copy to the applicant.
