covering, Evolution and concept; Practice and procedures; Privileged Communications under the Indian Evidence Act,
1872; Offences under the Information Technology Act, 2000 with special reference to Protected Systems; Labour
Disputes and the Settlement - Industrial Disputes Act, 1947; Collective bargaining; Industrial Employment (Standing
