Subject: Apology and Clarification Regarding Incident on Children’s Day

Respected Insha Ma’am,

I am writing on behalf of my child, Abubakar from Class 8 Wular, to express our

sincere apologies for the incident that took place during the Children’s Day
celebration. Abubakar and his friend Faizan were engaged in some playful
activity during the P3 period, which unfortunately turned into a minor scuffle,
resulting in small scratches on both their faces.

Although the initial incident went unnoticed, the security guard observed the
scratches later during the lunch break. At that time, another group of students
was involved in a separate incident at the back of the school. Unfortunately, the
security guard mistakenly associated Abubakar and Faizan with that situation
and reported them to you, leading to bus restrictions and our involvement as
parents.

We understand and fully respect the school’s need to maintain discipline and
ensure a safe environment for all students. We have spoken to Abubakar at
length about the importance of appropriate behavior and have made sure he
understands the consequences of his actions. We assure you that he has learned
from this experience and will be more mindful in the future.

We kindly request your understanding in allowing him to continue attending his

classes. His focus is on his studies, and he is committed to making amends and
following the school’s guidelines moving forward.

Thank you very much for your time, patience, and consideration in this matter.

Warm regards,
Sajid Akram and Bilqees Kounsar
Parent of Abubakar
Class 8, Wular
