 Researched case laws interpreting the consequence of quoting a lumpsum price and when can the claimant claim
the excess of the lumpsum price quoted.

o Creditors’ right to appropriate money in case of absence of instructions by the debtor.
o Instructions from the debtor regarding debt should come at the time of payment, and further instructions from

the debtor wouldn’t bind the creditor.
 Researched case laws defending the right of employers to suspend business dealings in instances of delisting,
blacklisting, and banning.
 Conducted thorough research on “material breach” which entitles a party to terminate the contract.
 Researched for judgments that held that the 90-day period to submit a claim before the resolution professional (RP)
is not mandatory and further, it cannot be the sole ground for RP to deny the claims.
