➢ Let the trainees fill-up First, I would like to welcome each and every one. I
the attendance sheet am__________________, your facilitator in ____________________ NCII.
➢ Explain RPL, pre-test
and Second, I would like to thank and congratulate all of you for
Learner’s characteristics choosing Balangiga national Agricultural School, the place
and venue for accumulating the knowledge and skills you
desire for.

Before we go on let me first check the attendance. As I call

This time, I am going to administer the pre-assessment tools


for you to fill-up. This pre-assessment tools will be used in the
preparation and scheduling of the activities of each trainee.

Ms. Castro this is your Work Station Number 2 which Is

please get your CBLM on the Learning Resource Area?

TRAINEES GET THE CBLM

Ms. Castro this is your CBLM on UC #2 which is Welcome


guest and take food and beverage orders will you please read
the Information Sheet and after reading the information sheet
answer the self-check and you can check your answer base
on the answer key. If any question and clarification just call
my attention.

Mr. Yadao based on your pre-assessment tools. You will be


assigning on Workstation Number 4 which is Provide food and
beverage services to guest. Please follow me to the computer
area.

Ok Mr. Yadao, please view this power point presentation on UC #


4 which is Provide food and beverage services to guest and after
viewing answer the self-check and you can check your answer
based on the answer key. If any question and clarification just
call my attention.

Mr. Yadao this is our institutional assessment


area which you will undergo the written exam
and the demonstration with oral questioning. This
method is to measure your underpinning
knowledge and skills on UC # 3 which is Promote
food and beverage products.
