Comments:

I was impressed by Huy’s performance during his internship at NTT Data

VDS. His analytical skills and work ethic were particularly outstanding. He
consistently demonstrated a strong ability to self-study Machine Learning
and AI tasks. Notably, he not only adapted to our project requirements but
also proactively sought ways to enhance features and improve the overall
outcome. His initiative and creativity were truly impressive.

While Huy has many strengths, there are a few areas where he could benefit
from further development. He sometimes appears hesitant or soft-spoken
during presentations and team discussions. Additionally, he occasionally
overanalyzes problems, leading to overly complex solutions. By working on
his confidence and communication skills, he can better convey his ideas and
collaborate effectively with others.

Overall, based on his performance during the internship, I believe Mr. Huy
has the potential to be a valuable asset to any organization. His positive
qualities, including his analytical abilities, initiative, and problem-solving
skills, make him a strong candidate for future roles in the AI field.
