Pilapil:
“Good morning, everyone! Welcome to Caningag Elementary School’s celebration of United Nations Day 2024 with the
theme, 'One Common Future, One Common Agenda.' This theme encourages us to unite as global citizens, working
together for a peaceful, prosperous future.”

Mrs. Shiela A. Rodrigo:


“We’re thrilled to have you all here to celebrate our diversity and the unique cultures each of our students represents.
Let’s start our program with the Parade of Costumes!”

Part 1. PARADE OF COSTUMES


Ms. Pilapil:
“And now, let us give a warm round of applause to our Kindergarten to Grade 6 pupils, who will showcase traditional
costumes from countries around the world. Each child represents a UN nation, embracing the beauty of our global
community.”
(Students parade in costumes around the stage or designated area, as the audience cheers and music plays)

Part 2. PROGRAM PROPER


I. Singing of the National and Local Anthems
(Cue Audio-Visual Presentation for each anthem)

Mrs. Rodrigo:
“Let us bow our heads in prayer as we join together in an invocation to open today’s celebration.”

II. Welcome Message


Ms. Pilapil:
“To formally welcome everyone, we invite our Head Teacher I, Mrs. Juliet J. Requizo, to deliver her welcome message.”

(Mrs. Juliet J. Requizo approaches the stage)

III. Statement of Purpose


Ms. Pilapil:
“Next, we ask Mrs. Juliet J. Requizo to share the Statement of Purpose for today’s program.”

(Mrs. Requizo steps forward again)

IV. Presentation of Candidates (UNO 2024)


Mrs. Rodrigo:
“Now, it’s time to introduce our 2024 United Nations Organization candidates! Each participant embodies the spirit of
their chosen country, showcasing cultural pride and global unity.”

(The candidates are presented one by one. Each candidate walks onto the stage, representing their country in a display
of their costume.)

V. Intermission Number
Ms. Pilapil:
“To add color to today’s program, we will have an intermission number by two of our talented students. Please give a
warm round of applause for Kindergarten pupil, Sharirah C. Pacaña!”

(Sharirah performs, followed by applause)

Mrs. Rodrigo:
“Now, let us welcome Aldwin G. Bucog from Grade 4 for his special performance!”

(Aldwin performs, followed by applause)

VI. Awarding of Winners


Ms. Pilapil:
“The moment we’ve all been waiting for! Let’s find out who stood out in today’s celebration.”

Miss UNO and Mr. UNO 2024
(The winners are called to the stage, and each receives their award, greeted by cheers from the audience.)

VII. Closing Remarks


Mrs. Rodrigo:
“To close our program, let us welcome our Board of Directors President, Mr. Lucilo Gallo, for the closing remarks.”

(Mr. Lucilo Gallo takes the stage)

Ms. Pilapil:
“This concludes our United Nations Day 2024 celebration. Thank you, everyone, for being part of this meaningful event.”

Mrs. Rodrigo:
“Until next year, let’s keep working together for One Common Future, One Common Agenda! Thank you, and have a
wonderful day!”
