TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Subject : A note regarding the stay and pending bills

In reference to the earlier note/letter forwarded on dated:11/09/2024. I urged


to vacant my booked room. Therefore for the proper correction and smooth
operation of the concerned hotel authority ,I would like to bring in note that
my stay started/ I checked in from the dated: 05/07/2024 as per I mentioned
earlier in the letter prior to it. And at a glance, the checkout can be dated:
04/09/2024.

Also, it is important to bring in note, as mentioned in earlier letter prior to


this copy, that I believe I am having a proper bill due of estimated INR
97,000.00/- (in words ninety seven thousand rupees only) ,till the room being
vacant. As a ground of responsibility and good human, I would clear the due
bills in short time upon retrieving at earliest at a mark of last week of the
month September 2024.
