Dear Parents,
The Annual Function is scheduled for Thursday 28th November 2024 at Birla Auditorium, with Prize
Distribution & Stage Presentation. It gives us immense pleasure to accept you as partners in exploring the
unique talents of the students while they work to achieve the 40th year milestone.
• Please make a note of the dates and timings for rehearsals. The students are expected to adhere to the
schedule given for practice and the final show.
• Timings for Rehearsal & Final show :
27th November 2024 (Wednesday) Symphony 9:00 am – 10:30am
Play Rehearsal 10:30 am to 5:00 pm
28th November 2024 (Thursday) Final Show 1.30 pm to 8:15 pm
On both days, participants are requested to arrive at Birla Auditorium at the designated hour. The
dispersal will be from the same venue.
On 27th November, all participants should be in their House T-shirt, track pants (blue/black)
blazer/school jacket. Warm inners to be worn on both days to keep yourself safe from the cold
weather.
On 28th November all participants should come in their costumes at the venue. I Card is mandatory on
both days.
The participants are expected to return their costumes to the group in charge teacher on 29th November
2024 in the school before 10:30 am.The costume should be neatly packed with their name tags and
scene/dance sequence mentioned on it.
• Non participant students are to be in their winter uniform and I card on 28th November 2024.
• On the Final show date, we request you to please wait patiently for your ward. He/ she will have to
report to the in-charge teacher before leaving. No request to take your ward before the function
ends will be entertained.
• Please do make it convenient to attend the Annual Function. Your presence on the occasion will be a
source of encouragement. We look forward to seeing you there.
