this situation because I was rather expecting to receive good news from you, I am
very worried about this development but all the same we must find a way to conclude
this matter. My love, I am very sorry to put you in this kind of situation but I
know that God will help us to overcome this challenge very quickly so that the
diplomat will proceed to deliver the package to you. I want you to know that what
happened is unexpected. I never know that such thing is going to happen. I am very
worried because the diplomat does not know the actual content of this box so we
must act fast to get the necessary documents which they are demanding because more
delay may cause the authorities at UAE airport to open the box and find out the
actual content of the box. I do not want us to encounter such ugly situation this
is why we must put every effort to make sure we get the documents to enable the
diplomat secure release of the box and to enable him complete his assignment to
deliver the package to you.

I am very happy about the efforts from Diplomat. Henry Brown. I am happy because he
is a very responsible family man, he is a God fearing person so I am happy about
his efforts to make sure that this box arrives to you safely. From the message you
received from the diplomat he requested you to send $1,450 US Dollars, to enable
him secure the necessary certificates. I sincerely need your help because I cannot
send any money from Afghanistan. We have a lot of laws and government regulations
which restrict sending of money out of Afghanistan because of the war and terrorism
in Afghanistan. You should remember that it is because of this same reason why i
sent this money through diplomatic means since I cannot send the money through bank
transfer or any other means out of Afghanistan because of terrorism and war in
Afghanistan.

I am very sorry about the burden I am causing you but I want you to understand that
sometimes nothing good comes easy and the ways of God is different from the ways of
men. I want you to understand that this challenge is temporal which we must
overcome to achieve this Gods given opportunity. You should understand that the
money which they have requested $1,450 US Dollars, is little comparing to the money
which is contained in the consignment so we must do everything humanly possible to
make sure we get the necessary documents, so that every body will be happy at the
end of the day. I sincerely need your assistance to send the $1,450 US Dollars, to
the diplomat so that he can get the documents and continue with his journey, please
my love,we must act fast so that he can continue his trip to deliver the package to
you.

The two documents which they are requesting are Non-Inspection certificate since I
did not allow them to Inspect the consignment while in Afghanistan because I do not
want them to know that the actual content of the box is money. I only declared the
consignment to be containing your personal items. Also you should remember that
this money originated from Afghanistan which is termed as terrorist country, so
this is why the authorities in UAE are requesting for the Anti-terrorist
certificate. We must put every effort to make sure that we get this package in a
legal way so that after we receive this money we will be safe and every body will
be happy. I need you to assist because of the love we share and our future and
remember that I am making all this arrangement because you are my future hope and
