Social Issue:
To foster the growth of Bangalore's startup ecosystem, I aim to create an affordable living and
working solution that includes co-living spaces, an economical food court, vibrant retail areas,
and budget-friendly coworking spaces. This initiative will provide accessible and enjoyable
environments for entrepreneurs, professionals, and residents, contributing to a thriving and
inclusive urban community..
Sustainability Focus:
The project will prioritize architectural sustainability by incorporating energy-efficient building
designs, eco-friendly materials, and natural ventilation systems. Green roofs, rainwater
harvesting, and renewable energy sources such as solar panels will be integrated to reduce the
carbon footprint. Additionally, maximizing natural light, implementing waste management
practices, and creating green spaces will further enhance the project's environmental impact,
ensuring a sustainable, healthy, and resilient urban environment.
