To start with, I want to say that I try to lead a healthy lifestyle. I have trainings
with a personal coach three times a week at a gym. To keep fit, he motivates me to
eat healthy food and to count calories in a food tracker program. Frankly speaking, I
thought that ________ app was the same as the one I used earlier. However, I must
confess that I was mistaken and I will explain why.
I’ve been using ____________ only for a few hours. Someone could say that
this amount of time is too little to make any conclusions but as for an experienced
user of such kind of programs I must say that it’s a real treasure.
I would like to share my personal TOP 3 chart of things that surprised me the
most during using this app. The first one is that it is totally free. There is no need to
buy a subscription or to pay for any information in the program. However, if you
want to take part in any challenge – you have to spend some amount of money and
it’s the only thing you have to pay for. I’m sure it will be worth it. Secondly, it was a
pleasant surprise to me to see the variety of trainings, such as Yoga, Pilates,
gymnastics, Tabatha and even gym workouts. Also, my joy knew no bounds to see
even dancing there! There is such an option that you can try any workout without
Internet connection - simply download it on your device and do the workout
whenever or wherever you want. Thirdly, I found a detailed meal plan for a month
and it was love at first sight. You can choose what to eat and there’s no need to worry
about calories. Nutritional value of each dish is already counted for you in the app.
Thus, you don’t need to spend hours thinking what to cook for dinner, especially
when you are on a diet.
If to speak about cons of the program, I have to admit that I didn’t find any.
However, as it’s getting colder, I forget to drink still water which is so important for
my health. Therefore, It would be great if the app could remind me to have a glass of
water.
To sum up, it’s a real find for those who are interested in healthy lifestyle. I’m
sure that I will continue using it and will recommend it to my friends.
