To whom it may concern,
I would like to offer my recommendation for Southern
Management Services for outsourced cleaning and custodial work.
We started working with them this year and it was a much needed
improvement. They let me keep the staff that I wanted to keep and
have hired capable staff to replace and fill in the holes of the needs
that I had.
The biggest factor that sets them apart from the previous
company is customer service. They are not only very accessible, but
if something needs improving- they make it right. I call the regional
manager all the time and he shows up to fix the problem with the
staff. He is also very visible. I see Elijah at least once a week. He is
constantly asking what they can do to improve and what supplies
we need.
The work ethic of the management of this group is exceptional.
After we got the initial supplies and equipment in, we have not went
one week without adequate supplies. If there was something that we
needed, they made it happen so that we had equipment comparable
to the previous contract.
With this company, my school is cleaner and better kept.
