VEGGIES & FRUIT lesson

1) Look at the picture: do you know the names of these


veggies and fruit in English? Can you touch and name them?

2) Listen to this song (DON’T watch the video) and try to fill

3) Now listen and watch the video again and correct your
answers (lyrics are in the description).

4) Look at the images and write the name of the fruit and
vegetables.

5) Now cut out the pictures and make small cards. Listen to
the song again and put the cards in order as you hear them!

6) Decide if each card is a vegetable or a fruit. Then stick


the item in the right column.

Cut them out and make small cards. Now listen to the song

DAILY ROUTINES
a) Watch this lesson;
b) Look at the flashcards (www.pixabay.com), children try to name them
and cut them out.
c) Listen to the song and ask children to put the images in order as they
hear them.
d) Cut out the objects (toothbrush, schoolbag, etc…) and put them down
in front of the child. Then play the song again and mime the actions
using the different objects (ex: sink  wash your face)
e) Ask children “What do YOU do in the morning?”. They now put the cards
in order according to their routine and repeat the actions in English.
