Project Context

Abulalas Elementary School was established on January 01, 2000. Researchers are
getting ready to implement a project to enhance procedures at Abulalas Elementary School in the
continually evolving technological environment. This project is to develop a more effective
system that will improve the enrollment, grading, and attendance and other procedures. The use
of technology will modernize the school and offer parents, teachers, and students faster, reliable,
and effective services.
In the current school system, there are often issues and inefficiencies in the processes of
enrollment, grading, and attendance. Traditional methods can lead to errors, document loss, and
delays in these crucial school processes. There is a need for modern solutions to address these
issues.

students can quickly access the information they need like Good Moral, Form 1-37,Form 1-38
and other school records. Upon successful implementation, researchers expect easier enrollment,
improved grading processes, and more effective attendance tracking. This will help improve the
quality of education at the school.
QR code-based attendance tracking system to expedite and enhance the accuracy of
attendance recording, promoting punctuality and accountability among students. Develop an
online enrollment system that simplifies the application and registration process for students and
parents, reducing paperwork and administrative bottlenecks. Implement a digital grading system
that facilitates the recording and analysis of student grades, enabling teachers to focus more on
teaching and less on administrative tasks.
This approach involves a comprehensive assessment of the current processes, extensive
consultations with educators and students, the identification of pain points, and the subsequent
development and deployment of the School Management System using contemporary
technological solutions.

consolidated access to academic data and credentials, and streamlines lost-and-found processes.
Automated attendance tracking helps teachers, administrators get paperless transactions and real-
time student monitoring, and parents get SMS notifications when their kids enter and left school,
assuring their safety. The SIS is a useful tool for continuous developments in educational
technology and administration because it offers future researchers a flexible base on which to
experiment and adapt.
