1. Cultivating a Heart of Gold: Nurturing Maka-Diyos, Maka-tao,
Makakalikasan, and Makabansa Values
This training will delve into the significance of spiritual growth, empathy, environmental
consciousness, and national pride in shaping a well-rounded personality. Participants will
explore practices like mindfulness, compassion meditation, and eco-friendly living to foster a
deeper connection with oneself, others, nature, and country.
2. Becoming a Beacon of Light: Developing a Purpose-Driven Personality
This training will empower individuals to discover their unique purpose and align it with the core
values. Participants will learn how to set meaningful goals, overcome obstacles, and make a
positive impact on society. By integrating spiritual practices, ethical decision-making, and social

3. Harmonizing Mind, Body, and Soul: A Holistic Approach to Personal
Development
This training will focus on the holistic development of the individual, emphasizing the
