OF GRADE 11 STEM STUDENTS IN BATAAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
Dear Respondents:
We are conducting a study entitled “PHOTOMATH MOBILE APPLICATION: IT’S
EFFECT ON SOLVING PROBLEM SKILLS OF GRADE 11 STEM STUDENTS IN BATAAN
NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL” as one of the requirements for Practical Research 2 subject of
the curriculum.
The information that will be gathered through this study will provide insights that will guide
the management to know the effect of PhotoMath application on the solving problem skills of
Grade 11 STEM stident of Hilongos National Vocational School; its contributions to the
students, deficiencies as well as its readiness to aid the education system of the Philippines.
Please answer the attached survey-questionnaire. This is based on a synthesis of the research
presented with regards to impact of solving problem skills of Grade 11 STEM from the
