Part B: Now you will need to calculate your Aerobic Capacity and Body Mass Index.
To do this you will need to visit the following website and enter the necessary
information. VO2Max Calculator
Have the following information available:
• Gender • Weight (pounds)
• Age • Mile Run/Walk time (min & sec)
• Height (feet & inches)
Record the calculated scores on your assignment. Use your scores and the following charts
to determine if you are at the Target Fitness Level for your gender and age group*.
