1. Welcome Address A very high spirited and pious evening to one and all present here. On the behalf of all the
Monte members , I extend my heartiest welcome and gratitude to the Chief guests of
honour for today’s event- honourable Director sir and respected Correspondent mam. I
also welcome dear Vice- Principal Mam, coordinators , teachers and my dearest young
friends to the Children’s Day celebrations
Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru was deeply concerned about children's education and welfare.
He believed that children are the future of the nation. He advocated for free and
compulsory education for all children. His birthday is celebrated as Children's Day to
inspire children and emphasize the importance of education.
Today happens to also be the Birthday of our beloved Big Mam. Mam is an exceptional
educationist, dedicated to empowering students through innovative teaching and
compassionate guidance. Her passion, intellect, and kindness have inspired generations,
making her a role model and a shining example of excellence in education. Through her
remarkable career, our loving Big Mam has demonstrated an unshakeable commitment to
excellence, equity, and social responsibility, making her an exemplary educator and a
beacon of hope for a brighter future.
Children's Day, celebrated on November 14th, holds immense significance as it recognizes
the rights and needs of children, raises awareness about their education, health, and
welfare, and encourages communities to provide a nurturing environment.

dia lightning wisdom, love, and compassion and dispel the darkness of our ignorance and fill our hearts with
the radiant joy of God’s love.
