PROCESSING
Flow:
•Received information.
•Record and dispatch personnel.
•First responders arrived at the crime scene- Secure the area,
arrest the offender if any, give first aid or bring the injured
person/s to the nearest hospital, take dying declaration,
interview and etc.
•The first responders will brief the Investigator-on-Case and
turn-over it the investigator.
•The investigator will determine if it needs an assistance from
the SOCO.
