1. How do u deal with critism?

Answer: I am always enthusiastic about learning new things and during the process,
I might tend to make mistakes.If someone provides me with constructive criticism, I
am always open to it and I will work on correcting myself and learn from my
mistakes. this would help me grow and move forward. if the feedback is negative,
then I am mature enough to ignore the feedback and continue working on doing my
jobbest of my capabilities without damping my spirit
