Research Assistant in CV, NLP and ML
We are thrilled to announce an opening for a Research Assistant position under the
prestigious DST-CRG project. If you have a strong interest in Computer Vision, Natural
Language Processing, and Machine Learning, this opportunity could be a good fit for you.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Practical experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow,
transformers like ViT, BERT and its variants
• Previous exposure to object detection using YOLO/YOLO-world type models is highly
desirable.
As a member of our Visual Conception Group, you will work on research problems in object
recognition and energy efficient deep learning. For more details, please see our recent work.
This exciting project is supported by the Infosys Centre for Artificial Intelligence, IIITD.
Position:
• Duration: 6 months, with the possibility for extension
• Nature: Full-time, in-person. Remote working is not available
• Salary: Up to INR 40,000/month

Eligibility:
The potential candidate will have:
• A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication
