INTRODUCTION
The BIM Use Definitions (BUD) Table may be used to refer to project-specific BIM Uses as outlined in the U.S. National BIM
Standard. The table includes 16 distinct BIM Uses with the associated attributes from the standard. Future versions of the standard
and this corresponding table will include additional BIM Uses. The information contained in the table aligns with the information
provided in the standard; it is provided in tabular format for ease of reference and implementation by an individual or organization.
