Crusher Machine Operation

1. Prepare the log book note to record the time flow


2. Prepare stopwatch to record when the bucket feeding the crusher
3. Inform and confirm with the team and people surrounding from the radio that the crusher area is
clear and safe
4. Prepare the knob :
1) B5 Belt start
2) B43 start
3) B42 start ON
4) B41 start
5) Under screen belt start
6) Start panel at monitor, Enter
7) Hydraulic Adj. panel at monitor, Enter
8) Hydraulic mode (monitor), switch to auto for lock CSS
9) Main (monitor), Enter
10) Write down the HM of the crusher to the log book (Per 22/11/2024 the HM is 286,51)
11) Lub on (monitor), Enter
12) Allow (monitor), Enter
13) Wait / Stand by for 10 seconds
14) The White LED lamp will turn on at the control panel (LUB READY)
15) After [LUB READY] turn on, can stop the alarm and push the blue alarm ACK
16) Cone Crusher Start, Enter
17) B2 belt start, Enter
18) Start record the time when cone already start
19) Vibrosieve start, Enter
20) B3 Belt start, Enter
21) B2 Belt start, Enter
22) Switch to right side control panel table
23) Jaw crusher lube + Jaw crusher start button push together
24) See the jaw crusher current (A) number display and wait until the number decrease
maximum at 109,0
25) B1 Belt Start, Enter
26) Iron remover start, Enter
27) Side belt start, Enter
28) Main belt start, Enter
29) Feeder start, Enter
30) Inform and confirm with the team and people surrounding from the radio that the
crusher area is clear and safe
31) Recheck the monitor, push hyd. Adj. and make sure the Hydraulic Mode set and locked
to auto
32) Record the bucket feeding by stopwatch (press “lap” for each time the bucket feeding
the crusher)
33) After dust (0-5) out from the conveyor, turn on the MCB 17, MCB 18 and MCB 19 at the
MCB panel to turn on the dust suppression system
34) Monitoring all the crusher parts (all conveyor, jaw, cone, etc) while the crusher running
and adjust the “Feeding Frequency” if needed

NOTE :

Feeding Frequency need to be adjust by see the rock that was fed by the Excavator to the Hopper
