Experiences within Mano County:
> Former Sergeant of the Pennsylvania State Police. Employed
again a few months after and maintained a standing of
Operative.
> Former Captain of the Pennsylvania State Police; overseeing
the Training and Education Department. Employed in the
department 4x via reinstatements and maintained a stable
career as Trooper after first resignation post-Captain.
> Responsible for one of the first launches of the Criminal
Investigations Department a few years ago, and aided massively
with the management of the Special Emergency Response Team
a few years ago.
> Former Administration in Mano County Sheriff’s Office; was a
Major under tennisball’s lead and once again under
Anthony3522
> Former Deputy Director of General Patrol, - Clearcreek
Township Police Department.
> Former Gold Command Operative in Special Weapons and
Tactics

Experiences outside of Mano County:
> External Experiences:
> Tactically, I have been involved within a magnitude of
groups ranging from the United States Army to other LEO
groups such as Vancouver. These groups have ensured I am
capable of working under different tactical environments, as
they are all different to one another and to Mano, however
outline the same basic tactical curriculum. I would not be able
to list out every individual position and rank I have achieved
externally due to the magnitude of the list.
> Leadership and administrative wise, I have resided in senior
positions in big groups for example; Zanances USAR 2ic in 1AD

Why do I intend to go for this role?
Section A:
Basic Interest:
> I have been employed within the Clearcreek Township Police
Department twice prior to sending this. for. I have been heavily
involved within CTPD on the first and second occasion. I
believe acquiring this position of Commander of Administrative
Services will allow me to further develop my experiences in the
role, as I have not been employed in the Strategic Response
Team division yet. I have tactical experience from SWAT and
PSP SERT therefore, I can use the experience there to aid me in
assisting the division. I believe I meet all necessary
requirements and possess the required skill set needed towards
the role. I believe out of all current contenders, I am the most
capable and consistent with what I do and how I do things.
> This interest has allowed me to be able to possess the
knowledge to excel in necessary duties which is why I am
expressing interest in the opportunity of Administrative
Commander
> My experience can ensure that the environment I am walking
into is not a new environment therefore a swift and smooth
transition will allow me to be better suited for the role.
Section B:
Future endeavors and opportunities.
> If I were to be granted this opportunity it would allow me to
expand my experiences further and allow me to reach limits I
have not been able to reach prior. However, it would also allow
me to grow internally, within Mano County and ClearCreek
Township Police Department, as both an individual and an
employee. Achieving this position would allow the Clearcreek
Township Police Department to benefit myself and for me to
benefit the Clearcreek Township Police Department.
Section C:
Plans for Administrative Commander, Division and my
establishment
> Upon arrival of the position, if I were to be granted it, I would
set a clear establishment of authority; gratitude and
individuality within the division. This would consist of an
announcement that is explanatory of myself; my plans; and a
thank you to those who have allowed me to enter as
Administrative Commander.
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
What skills will I bring into this role?
A list of skills I would be able to bring would be too long and
too boring, so a simplified paragraph and my most beneficial
skills is better suited. I believe I am the best candidate due to
the knowledge and experience I have and the generational
teachings of law enforcement, administration etc. These
teachings and experience will most definitely be used for the
betterment of Clearcreek Township Police Department
Experience of prior employment will be gathered up, and mixed
and matched to better the division.
My dedication and effort will be used as an example to my peers
to establish a standard workrate that I expect from my peers to
input into the division.
My creativity and thinking ability will be used to create and
change the flow of operations for a more efficient process of
running things.
Capability - I believe I am more capable than the other
applicants. I can push changes in quickly and impact the
division due to what I believe I can do.
Experience - I believe I possess more experience leadership and
tactically than the other applicants, evident by the
“Experiences” sector. Some may have a larger list, but I believe
mine is more beneficial and impactful. I resided within my
departments for long periods of time, showing my loyalty and
passion for work, whereas most of the applicants may use
temporary employment or short employment as experience.
Administrative Experience - As you can see in my experiences,
most of my positions were highly statured and underwent
heavy administrative practice and enforcement of
administration.
Formality - I believe I am very formal and well spoken when I
need to be. However, I can also have fun and make jokes with
others. This ability to change and equally level it out is
beneficial as I can represent the department well.
Conclusion:
I would like to thank you for providing such an opportunity to
present my interest towards. If I do not achieve the position,
please do attempt to consider me for the other position as my
experience can be aligned with either or.
