Guidelines for installing Visual Studio Community 2019

Step 1: Visit the link https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/vs/community/

Step 2: Click on the button “Download Visual Studio”

Step 3: Run the installation file named “vs_community.exe” that had been downloaded.
Step 4: Then click on “Desktop development with C++” and make sure there are six (6) selections in the
Summary column. After that, click on the “Install” button to start the installation.

Step 5: This page would appear, showing the progress of installation.


Step 6: When the installation process completed, you may need to click on the “Restart” button to
restart your PC or laptop in order to use Microsoft Visual Studio 2019.
