PHASES OF APPROACH
Phase I – Requirements Analysis
In this phase, our functional, technical and designing team will contact you for a
clear requirement analysis by identifying the complete scope of the project
requirement
Phase II – Development Analysis
The deliverables from Phase I act as a baseline for the development process. In
this phase, The Client will be given access to Company demo servers to
monitor the progress of the development. And The Client can start testing the
application if any errors or modifications find out and can be intimated by email.
Company will test the design and development error free by testing manually
and using automated testing tools before going in to actual implementation.
Phase III Implementation
During this phase, the entire project will be deployed on The Client’s production
server. The project will be made available for monitoring. The Client can direct a
team member who will monitor and coordinating with the development team.
This will include an online training session for all support or maintenance issues
related to the website.

Technology Used:
From the initial understanding of the requirements and the deliverables,
Company proposes to develop this website by utilizing Open Source
technologies (Linux Apache MYSQL PHP). However this is only from a
development perspective excluding the 3rd party tools that might be required
based on certain details given by The Client. Programming Language: PHP 5.4.7
Database: MySQL 5.0.22
Designing Tools : Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash, Dreamweaver

approvals from The Client side.
