To be very frank my Notice period is 90 days, and it is non negotiable because of strict policy, however I will try best
to get release ASAP as I am having paid leaves available and my project responsibilities are bit less.I am so much

allow me for interview I will give my best and stick to you offer and not offer shop around and will not give any

1. I love traveling and I try to take a trip every season. Traveling allows me to adapt to new situations and use my
organization and planning skills to ensure I enjoy to the fullest.

I left my last job to explore new opportunities and challenges. While I valued my time with my previous (or) Current
Organization (or) team and I truly appreciated the opportunities and experiences I gained there, I felt it was time for a
change in my career. This decision was tough because I had built strong relationships with my colleagues, but I
believe growth often requires taking risks. I’m excited about what lies ahead and look forward to bringing my skills
and enthusiasm to a new organization.

In the initial 30 days, I intend to leverage my experience to make a meaningful impact swiftly. The first step is to
conduct an in-depth analysis of the current strategies, processes, and performance metrics relevant to my role. I plan
to engage with my team, peers, and key stakeholders to understand their perspectives, challenges, and expectations.
This will involve not only listening but also sharing insights from my past experiences where relevant, to build trust
and rapport. I will prioritize identifying areas where immediate improvements can be made—these could be process
optimizations or quick fixes to existing problems. Parallelly, I’ll start drafting a longer-term strategy that aligns with
the company’s goals, focusing on sustainable growth and innovation. My aim is to end the first month with a solid
understanding, having already initiated steps towards tangible improvements and set the stage for strategic projects.
During my first 30 days, I would like to learn as much as I can from my supervisors and coworkers. Through
