MESSAGE OF THE SCHOOL HEAD
Every single day of my life serving Dupax del Sur National High School, I
realized that our school is a very rich and fertile ground, bountiful in intellectual
wealth only if it is cultivated properly by its gardeners. The school administrators
and teachers are the employed gardeners. In our hands lies the future harvest of
this intellectual farmland. If we have failed to cultivate our students properly, if
we have failed to nourish them with the necessary skills and talents, if we have
failed to provide them a conducive place to grow and glow and if we have failed to
water them with love and care, then nothing to expect but crates of rotten fruits,
bunches of failures.
As we embark on another year of growth and development, we must
recognize the power of a well-crafted School Improvement Plan (SIP). This plan is
not just a document; it is a roadmap that guides our collective efforts toward
enhancing the quality of education we provide. It reflects our commitment to
continuous improvement, focusing on building stronger foundations, fostering
innovation, and meeting the diverse needs of our school community. Each goal in
the SIP is a step toward a better, more inclusive school environment.
It challenges us to reflect on our strengths and identify areas for growth,
ensuring that every student has the opportunity to thrive. Whether through
improved teaching practices, enhanced resources, or more engaging student
experiences, the SIP keeps us focused on our ultimate mission—preparing each
student for success in an ever-changing world. Let us all remain united in our
determination to make our school a place where excellence is not just
encouraged but expected. Together, through collaboration, dedication, and
vision, we can turn this plan into reality and make a lasting impact on the lives
of our students.
Despite of the challenges that brought big changes and introduced us new
normal, I have seen how the teachers of DDSNHS exerted incomparable efforts. I
have personally seen their hardships and sacrifices just to bring out the best
from their students and make their classrooms and zones conducive for learning.
They have different circumstances and sacrificed even the last minute reserved
for their families and personal lives.

However, the journey is far from over, the finish line is not yet visible, the
race has just begun. There are still many mountains to be moved, there are still
many rivers to be crossed and many obstacles to be conquered. Numerous
programs and activities are still on its way. I cannot do it alone. It is our
collective duty and responsibility as gardeners of this rich land to join hand in
hand and face these challenges together. Although we may not able to get top
ranks in different contests, I believe there is still a brighter future waiting for all
of us. This should not hinder us from moving forward and this should not break
the roads to success but this should be our motivation to build new bridges to
reach other spots we have not yet explored. I am very much certain that if we will
work together towards a common goal, if we will work together towards one
vision, nothing is impossible.
I then encourage everyone, as gardeners of Dupax del Sur National High
School, to continue giving their best and extra efforts in making DDSNHS an
epitome of excellence and brilliance. Let us set aside our own and personal
interests, our selfish desires and intentions and think of the common good and
for the betterment of Dupax del Sur National High School. Let us break the
chains that hinder us to do our best, let us demolish the walls that separate and
divide us, let us get out from our shells and start facing the challenges ahead of
us for after all, this is our school, this is our workplace, this is our home.
Let us join hands in a crusade of making Dupax del Sur National High
School a shining star on the heavens above and bringing our school towards
greater heights. Let us join hands in our fight, for together, nothing is hopeless.
“While the spark of goodness burns, we can have a fire. The sleeping acorn of
hope shall produce the stalwart oak of fulfilment and there shall be no rotten
apple for with “hearts within and God overhead, we CANNOT fail”. Let us
sincerely pledge: IF THERE IS ANYTHING I CAN DO FOR GANAO NATIONAL
HIGH SCHOOL, LET ME DO IT NOW FOR I SHALL NOT PASS THIS WAY
AGAIN.
After all, there is no other way but to move forward.
