Statement of Purpose
1. Briefly outline your professional plans and career objectives in your own words(in about 500words), explaining and
substantiating why you want to do this program and what you expect to get from it.
As a chartered accountant, I am really happy of the things I have accomplished in my profession thus far, but one must
always be prepared for the new chances and difficulties that arise every day. Having worked for over three years, I've
come to the conclusion that in order to eventually become a competent professional prepared to take on new challenges
and possibilities, I need to immerse myself in the relevant skills. As the name implies, a master's degree in business
administration will assist me in gaining all the abilities required to thrive in this dynamic field. Although I am well-versed in
financial jargon as a chartered accountant, I would like to work on honing my presenting and communication skills, which
I believe will be important program outcomes. Everyone looks to assume managerial and leadership roles early in their
careers, and this training will help me climb the ladder. The two most crucial components of this program are finding a
mentor and networking. As is common knowledge, mentors are crucial in helping people grow and change into the best
versions of themselves, whether in sports or any other area. This also applies to our specific line of work. In order to gain
direction and assistance, networking is necessary, as is looking for mentors. As is common knowledge, mentors are

also applies to our specific line of work. In addition to networking—which is another crucial component that, with the aid
of this program, will help me comprehend the various fields people come from, their approaches to problem-solving, their
unique perspectives, etc.—I would like to receive direction and assistance. Kozhikode's IIM It would be an honor to be a
part of this institute, which has assisted professionals from a variety of fields in realizing their full potential. The brand
speaks volumes about what this institute has accomplished in a remarkably short amount of time and the amount of
growth potential that this institute can offer to its alumni. What has kept me going is the knowledge and experience that
no one else can take away from you, and I'm sure that being a part of this institute will help you continue to learn.
2. Describe briefly your current or most recent job responsibilities. State the knowledge and skills you have acquired from
this experience.
I am currently employed with the Apex Group company Retransform as a senior financial analyst. My main duty is data
migration, which involves moving various monies from the source system to Efront, another piece of software. This
entails figuring out the various subtleties included in the system and adapting in various ways to suit various accounting
treatments for various funds. After migration is finished, post-migration analysis is carried out, and any errors found are
fixed. I've been able to learn about many software nuances and financial terms thanks to this specific work. Additionally,
we transfer money from fund managers located all over the world, which has given me insight into the implications of the
varied accounting methods used in different nations. Additionally, because my company deals in real estate, it has given
me insight into the jargon used in the industry, as well as how a developing nation like India may profit from it and grasp
its potential for growth.
3. Describe your strengths and weaknesses as identified by you.
I'm a self-confident, hardworking person who enjoys taking on new challenges. I've always made sure to seize
opportunities when they present themselves and offer them everything I've got, honestly and openly. My current hurdles
include having a short fuse and being stubborn, which I am working on. I make sure these flaws don't stop me from
growing every day.
4. What is your most significant accomplishment so far?
My greatest achievement has been joining this fraternity of chartered accountants, and passing it on my first try is like the
icing on the cake because it has not only given me that wonderful opportunity but also given me the confidence to take
on new challenges with the highest honor and integrity.Another significant accomplishment of mine is that I contributed to

the ongoing process of modernizing the software at my former employer. Our team worked really hard to ensure that the
program was redesigned in the most effective way possible. My experience was really helpful because this requires not
just technical expertise but also financial expertise. I even received the best performance award for my accomplishment.
