have actually seen a boom in IT businesses especially in E commerce when the physical stores
were closed because of the COVID 19 and online shopping was growing at the time. As we

of Digital Marketing. My company name is 360 Marketing Solutions. 360 Marketing Solutions
is an online platform which provides social media services to our clients and provides online and
physical trainings as well. We provide our services on different social media platforms which

other businesses. So 360 marketing solutions provides b2b services as well. In b2b, we will
provide our services to those businesses which are facing issues in doing business online. We
will provide our social media services which includes Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,etc. We will
also provide our services to those who are doing planning or who are doing business physically
by telling them the pros of online marketing.
B2C (Business to Customer):
B2C stands for Business to Customers in which one business sells their goods or services to their
customers. So 360 marketing solutions provides b2c services as well. In b2c, we will target those
students who have interest in social media marketing so that we provide our trainings to them.
Our main target is students from the age 18-24 but anyone can learn it from us. We will provide
our trainings online and physical both.

Sales and marketing plays an important role in business. So 360 Marketing Solutions sales
strategy is to provide the quality, affordable and on time services to our clients so that we can
create a better relation with our customers and increase our sales. We will also search our nearby
businesses which are facing issues in online marketing. We can do marketing by word of mouth
as well. And in case of our trainings, our sales strategy is to provide complete knowledge, low
cost and quality of trainings to our students. And our marketing strategy is to do organic and paid
marketing on our social media pages like on Facebook, Instagram, Linkdedin etc to grab our
clients. We will also conduct seminars in different universities to give them awareness how
social media marketing is very much important for a business and how a student can earn from it.
We will also distribute our brochures with them in which we will mention about our services and
