For Qualitative variable (gender and educational attainment, present the data using
tabular and graphical presentation, also the length of service, provide your own
interval bracket and interpret the result.

The majority of employees have college degree (19 employees), followed by


masteral degree (16 employees). Fewer employees hold a doctoral degree (10),
while only a smaller number (4) have a high school graduate level of education. This
indicates that most employees have pursued higher education, which could be linked
to their professional roles and responsibilities.

The table shows the length of service in years. This indicates that 34% of the total
respondents have been with the organization for 1 to 5 years. It also shows that the
majority, 56%, have been with the company for 6 to 10 years, suggesting a significant
portion of the workforce has moderate tenure. Only 10% of respondents fall into this
category, indicating that fewer employees have longer tenures of 11 to 15 years.
