To become a successful leader, we have to understand our leadership style. So, let
me show you the definition of “leadership style”.

A leadership style refers to a leader’s methods, characteristics, and behaviors when
directing, motivating, and managing their team. A leader’s style is shaped by a
variety of factors, including personality, values, skills, and experiences, and have a
significant impact on the effectiveness of their leadership.

2. Most common leadership styles
Autocratic Leadership Style: focusing primarily on results and team
efficiency. Autocratic leaders often make decisions alone or with a small
and trusted group and expect team members to do exactly what they’re
asked.
Servant Leadership Style: empathize and believe in putting others first.
They try to make team members feel comfortable and grow them in their
careers as well as in life. (Ex: Mother Teresa, Nelson Mandela)
Coaching Leadership Style: Coaching leader is someone who can
quickly recognize their team member’s strengths and weaknesses to help
each individual improve. They set clear expectations and create a
positive, motivating environment for team members to help them develop
their skills and knowledge. (Ex: Reed Hastings, Vince Lombardi)
Transformational Leadership Style: Transformational leaders motivate
and inspire through their enthusiasm and passion. They are great listeners
when it comes to new ideas or innovations. They encourage team
members to step out of their comfort zone to cope with any new
challenges

of resources at your beck and call to realize your full potential.

ability to observe, divide work, lead the team, etc this helps you to better
manage human resources. Moreover you will be get respect and trust
from others.

Communicating effectively: Communication challenge is a common
difficulty that leaders have to face. They must promote goals that
everyone must be achieved as well as leaders must have active listening
skills are also crucial character traits that can assist leaders when
handling communication issues within the team. Motivating team
members: Keeping the members of your team motivated and engaged is
an important task for leaders When your team members believe in the
value they provide your organization, they may feel more engaged with
their work.
Having self-confidence: That’s why healthy self-confidence is an
essential characteristic of leadership. Whereas humility is all about
knowing you’re not the center of the universe, self-confidence means
understanding that you bring value to that universe.
Dealing with stress and anxiety: you are always in charge of everything
and must be responsible for what the members cause. Along with too
much work will make the leader become stressed out. This is what
everyone is afraid of being a leader.
