the more you will benefit from the coaching sessions. Final coaching sessions and
the dress rehearsal are scheduled for everyone on Tuesday January 7 and Thursday
January 9, 2024.

Loren Daniels During the show, you will perform before a live audience and a new panel of
Anthony Johnson judges. After the first round of singing, the judges will select the top five singers.

Teaneck Teen Idol Agreement
Orientation Session:
Each competitor is required to attend the orientation meeting on Wednesday December 11, 2024, at 4:00 PM or
7:00 PM. This meeting will be held via Zoom. You only need to attend one session. The meeting link is:

Vocal Coaching:
The first vocal coaching session will be held on Thursday January 2, 2025. Each competitor will be given a 30-
minute appointment during session time which will run from 4:00 PM through 7:00 PM. You will need to bring
up to four pieces of sheet music with songs that you would like to perform. (It is a good idea to bring an
additional song in case your chosen song is taken.) We also recommend that you come prepared to record your
final two chosen songs (most performers use their cell phones). Please practice your songs on your own between
coaching sessions.
The second coaching session will be held on Tuesday January 7, 2025, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Please bring two
copies of your final musical choices. One copy must be given to the musicians. You should feel comfortable with
your choices and have your songs memorized. The more prepared you are musically, the more this session can be
used towards staging your performance.
Dress/Technical Rehearsals:
On Thursday January 9, 2025, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM, you will rehearse your material with the performance
pianist on stage. This rehearsal will allow you to become accustomed to the microphone, review final performance
outfit, and walk through staging, including entering and exiting the stage. Please bring your performance attire to
this rehearsal.
You must be at Teaneck High School at 5:00 PM on Saturday January 11th to run through final
staging for all performances.
