Main bearing beam bolts:

▪ Step 1: 25-30 Nm (2.5-3.1 kg-m, 18-22 ft-lb)


▪ Step 2: Turn bolts 60-65°

Connecting rod bearing nut:

▪ Step 1: 14-16 Nm (1.4-1.6 kg-m, 10-12 ft-lb)


▪ Step 2: Turn bolts 45-50°

Head tightening procedure and torque specs:

▪ Step 1: 39 Nm; 4.0 kg·m; 29 ft·lb


▪ Step 2: 74-83 Nm; 7.5-8.5 kg·m; 55-61 ft·lb
▪ Step 3: Loosen all bolts completely.
▪ Step 4: 30-40 kg·m; 3.1-4.1 kg·m; 22-29 ft·lb
▪ Step 5: Turn all bolts 60-65°

Spark plug:

Standard type: NGK BKR5E-11


Hot type: NGK BKR4E-11
Cold type: NGK BKR6E-11
